"I FEEL" Meditation for You
Today I’d like to guide you in a meditation to release shame and guilt while connecting to creative and passionate energy.
It’s so common nowadays to shy from our emotions, especially if they are strong emotions, and not truly feel them completely. This goes for anger and sadness as well as for joy and excitement. We begin to tinge each with shame or guilt, robbing ourselves of the organic process of FEELING.
So find a comfortable position, sitting or laying down. Close your eyes or gaze softly down, if that is more comfortable.
