The first 30 minutes of our online session will allow us to dive deeper into your physical and mental journey and where you stand within that journey at this time. Here is where we will determine how best to spend our session to release and let go.

A Personally Designed Yoga Practice

After the 30 minute Consult and Assessment, I will guide you through a customized yoga sequence that will open the body, ease the mind, and make space for the change you desire. This sequence will be unique to your body and your goal, with modifications and variations that will truly feel right for you.

Recap + Guide

A couple of days after our session, I will deliver a customized recap with a visual guide to your unique yoga sequence and a review of our session. This way you can recreate the sequence on your own if you wish. I also include additional resources, such as meditations or mantras, etc.


After your yoga session, questions may come up. This is natural. I’ll support you via email for 2 weeks after our session to answer any questions or concerns

Who am I?

Hi there!  I’m Viviane Wolfe, an online yoga coach.  I am a certified Yoga Teacher based in Independence and work in the Southeast Kansas Area. In my previous career, I assisted chiropractors and doctors for over 10 years as they treated patients, much of that time applying treatments and modalities myself.

I began practicing yoga just for the physical benefits about 10 years ago.  Back then I was super stressed out, depressed, anxious, and I felt…well, just lost.  I worked the 40 hours/week job, I was part of two performance groups and I drank heavily every weekend to numb myself from the pain of not feeling free and purposeful.  I had been dreaming and wishing of making real change happen in my life for years, but I simply couldn’t make it happen.

Until yoga came into my life.  That’s when I learned that yoga not only makes you stronger and more flexible, it eases tension and reduces stress.  I felt more comfortable in my own skin and I could sit more easily with my own thoughts without feeling overwhelmed.

Flash forward ten years, and now I am a yoga teacher with my own studio and my own business.  I completed my college degree after putting it off for 15 years, I’ve moved to the city of my dreams, I’ve created a life of meaning and purpose where I feel truly free and in alignment with my own dharma.  And my personal yoga practice made this possible and continues to support me through all of this.

I created this yoga session to help you ease tension and reduce stress.  In a private yoga session that is better than a YouTube video, more personal and convenient than a studio class, you can feel better in your body and calmer in your mind.

I also stay available to support you via email for 14 days after your session.

A private yoga session like this can cost as much as $300, but I am offering it at $97.00 for now.

Absolutely.  Because this yoga sequence is personalized, it is created to serve YOU, wherever you are in your journey.

I do offer a cancellation and refund up to 24 hours before the session.  After that, I am happy to reschedule your session at a time that is more convenient for you, but there are no refunds.

Great question!  I meet online clients through the Zoom meeting platform.  When you reserve your session, I will send you a welcome packet that includes instructions on how to connect, what to wear, how to make the most of your session, and more.
